How to Enroll

STEP 1: Application

Applying for enrollment at St. James Lutheran School is easy! During the initial application process, you will be prompted to create an account and complete a Parent Information Form:

Online Enrollment Portal at St. James;

  1. Go to https://ssl.fastdir.com/stjamesqcy/
  2. Click on “Registration” in the left hand column
  3. Do you already have children attending St. James?
  4. Complete all portions of the Parent  Information Form
  5. Click “Submit Data”

STEP 2: Post Application Submissions

You will receive notification from the school, after completing the application process. The enrollment process includes the submission of the following items:

  • copy of birth certificate
  • updated physical and immunization record
  • registration fee per student (based on grade level)

PreK 3 and PreK 4

3 years old 
3-day or 5-day program

Half Day
8:00am-11:30am
Monday-Friday (5day)

Wednesday – Thursday (3day)

4 year olds 
Half Day
8:00am-11:30am
Monday-Friday

Elementary - Middle School Options

Kindergarten - 8

Kindergarten
Full Day
8:30am-3:00pm

Grades 1 - 8
8:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Extended Care

St. James Lutheran School offers Extended Care Program for all students who need care before or after their normal class period. 

Offered to all families

Monday – Friday

  • Before Care begins at 7:00am
  • After Care until 5:30pm
