St. James Lutheran School opened on September 15th, 1851 with 20 pupils. Since that time, St. James Lutheran School has had the privilege of educating thousands of children in the Quincy area. This year, St. James will be entering its 174th year of providing a Scripture-based, Christ-centered, and Grace-filled Lutheran education so that students and their families can grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ. Students will be educated in all dimensions of life: spiritual, academic, emotional, social, and physical.
